Design, ownership, and export

Initial pricing covers the design and build. The design is licensed to you for use on my services. If you want the raw HTML for your own purposes, you can request an export. If the site includes admin-aware or service-connected features (login, email integrations, billing controls, etc.), there’s a flat $3 processing fee to remove those dependencies cleanly. If you want the site generated without those features from the start, request that up front and there’s no extra charge.
